eRocks API

The eRocks API allows users to integrate your own software to obtain and download directly from eRocks. Currently, the only document types available are:

 

  • Invoices (search and download)

  • Mag Invoice (download only)

  • Tickets (search only)

 

NOTE: Only one email can be registered at a time.

 

 

  1. Hover over "Company" on the dashboard menu

  2. Select eRocks API

     

  3. Wait for the eRocks API screen to display

  4. Enter an email address (preferable a service account address)

  5. Click "Generate Password"

  6. Select the customer numbers to register

     

    NOTE: Secret Key and Client ID are auto generated whenever the password is generated. IP Addresses are currently optional. In the future it will be required to whitelist which IP Addresses may access the API.

     

  7. Click "Register" when complete

     

    NOTE: The email address that is registered will receive an email like the one below with all of the details required. A quick reference guide is attached to show the you examples, as well as the endpoints of the API to use to retrieve the information.
